For those who are interested, the agriturismo offers contact on a small scale with a working farm/smallholding;  an educational experience, as well as a holiday. Sheep, goats and our two Jersey cows graze on the pastures, producing delicious milk and meat. The chickens, of many different species, are free range and live in harmony with ducks, geese, turkeys, quails and doves, in addition to rabbits. The two horses are interesting extras and two friendly donkeys may be able to offer rides. Our pigs forage around under the olive trees and wallow in the mud as they please. Other animals include cats and our Australian Shepherd dogs and Border Collies who help us take the animals to grass.
